Red Snapper
Crispy seared red snapper served over a cauliflower puree with arugula, fennel and citrus salad.  Finished with a red pepper coulis.  
Beef Lasagna
House made Bolognese sauce layered with fresh pasta, bechemel sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.  
Grilled Mustard Pork Chop
Mustard brined pork chop grilled and served with roasted fingerling potatoes, carrot puree and arugula.  Finished with an apple, onion chutney.
Goat Cheese Gnocchi
Home made goat cheese gnocchi roasted and tossed with fresh zucchini, squash, roasted tomato, goat cheese crumble and a sage brown butter sauce.
Salmon Papillote
Scottish salmon with saffron zucchini, celery and carrots wrapped in rice paper.  Baked and served over a lime cilantro cream sauce with a fresh salad of arugula, watermelon radish and plantain chips.
Canadian Walleye Fillet
Your choice of grilled our parmesan crusted.  Served with your choice mashed potatoes or MN wild rice & quinoa blend.  Served with chef's vegetable.
